App Account Deletion Process

This page describes how to request deletion of your account and associated data for the ENGNE app.

How to delete your account from within the app

1. Log in to the ENGNE app using your email address and password.

2. Tap your initials in the top right of the screen.

3. Select “Delete Account” from the options available.

4. Confirm when prompted that you want to delete your account.

If you cannot access the app

If you are unable to log in, email us at support@engne.uk from the email address associated with your account, and we will process your deletion request.

What data is deleted

When you delete your ENGNE account, we permanently remove your personal information, including your name, email address, profile information, app account details, and any health or DNA data linked to your account, from our active databases. This action cannot be undone.

What data we retain

We do not retain any personal data after your account is deleted.
